While the male characters are just as violent and prone to evil as the women, the aggression of the female characters is more striking because it goes against prevailing expectations of how women ought to behave.
She is willing to plan and be the driving force behind all the plots. This whole idea of the women taking control of the situation challenges the gender judgement of society. STOP the mandatory reading of plays. She has total control over her man; this is not something that was seen during the Elizabethan time period.

Toward the end of the play he descends into a kind of frantic, boastful madness. In my personal opinion, the play Macbeth was the worste peice ever written by Shakespeare, and this is saying quite a bit considering i also read his Romeo and Juliet. The feminine personality traits of compassion and mild acceptance are shown throughout the play through the character Macbeth, rather than his wife Lady Macbeth.
Reading a play kinda sucks to begin with, if it was meant to be read, then it would be a novel, not a play. Teaching him how to act is not considered very feminine. Their understanding of manhood allows the political order depicted in the play to descend into chaos.
